Bible Studies

Disciple Classes are small groups that meet weekly for approximately nine months of intense Bible study and discussion. New classes are formed in the fall and are available for both youth and adults. Some examples are listed below:

Alpha Course

Alpha is a 10-week study of the basics of the Christian faith. Three courses are held each year: fall, winter and spring. Alpha begins with a light meal, followed by a video presentation and a time of small group fellowship. The course runs from 6:00-8:15 p.m. Child care is provided.

Disciple Bible Study Groups

Disciple is a, study course of the Bible. The course incorporates God’s word into his or her life and to live out the challenge of the Gospel. Disciple classes meet weekly for 34 weeks. New classes start several times each year on various days and times.

Bible Study Groups

Are dynamic studies of the Bible. These courses not only teach God’s word, but they teach how each “disciple” to incorporate God’s word into his or her life. Disciple Bible Study, one of our most popular Bible study classes , meets weekly for 34 weeks. New classed start throughout the year. Short term Bible studies are offered as well.

Topical Study Groups

Are offered to meet the interests of a wide range of people. Classes include studies based on the materials from popular authors like Adam Hamilton, Rick Warren and Beth Moore: a book -of- the month club; and a study group focusing on the best selling book the The Shack. Examples of other interesting classes are a Grief Support Small Group, a Prayer Shawl Group, and a Mall Walking Bible Study. Suggestion for future topical study groups are always appreciated.
